Commented Unassigned: Unable to load one or more of the requested types. retrieve the loader exceptions [13072]

I am getting this error when I tried to run the exe.
Any advise on this issue is helpful.

I downloaded the SharePoint Manager 2013 and tried to run it on my SharePoint 2010 SP2 Enterprise Edition June 2014 CU box and it gave me the error message "Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoadExceptions property for more information." I found a link https://spm.codeplex.com/downloads/get/526736
and that is for the SharePoint 2010 version which works, and hopefully the attachment will work and you can see it!
I tried it on my SharePoint 2013 SP1 Enterprise Edition June 2014 CU and it worked with the "original" download that was for the SharePoint Manager 2013 version instead of the one listed in the link above for SharePoint Manager 2010
