I've seem to found the solution to this :
- Run this executable on the Machine Sharepoint is installed on.
- Run as an administrator (be sure you are an administrator)
- You must have access to the Sharepoint_AdminContent_<GUID> database as well as the Sharepoint_Config database ( on SQL-level )
- Just to make sure, grant yourself access to the WSS_Content database
- Make sure you are a farm administrator (via the central admin)
Please correct me if I'm overdoing it, I'm currently working on a dev machine running Sharepoint, I needed all these configurations in order to make it work.
